I don't see my size! Can you get it? All hope is not lost! Shoot us an email. Often we are able to restock in your desired size. 

Do you do custom orders? Yes. See something you love? Want it in another size or color? Email us & let us know. We're often able to get other items in from our designers. Please be advised: all special orders are required to pay a 50% deposit. Custom order didn't work out? Fret not, your deposit is refundable in store credit form.

What sizes do you typically carry? We do our absolute best to carry a wide range of sizes. Typically we stock 0/XS - 10/L whenever possible. At times we are not able to get a full size run, so if you don't see your size, just ask us!

Why is everything so expensive? We support small design and slow fashion: movements that embrace quality construction, fair wages and are often American made. It's important to us to support our small independent designers & guide our supporters towards more responsible consumption. Invest in an independently designed piece you can wear season after season! That said, we realize not everyone can drop $300 on a dress, so, we offer layaway & fairly priced vintage!

Tell me more about layaway. How does it work? Reach out via email & let us know what you're lusting after. We can break your purchase into a few smaller weekly or monthly payments, no problem. Once your item is paid off it's all yours!

Do you guys have sales? Discounts? We have a handful of sales annually & from time to time offer special discounts. To stay up to date on sales follow us on instagram (@olive_austin) & sign up for our email list.

Do you ship internationally? Indeed we do. We offer $20 flat rate USPS Priority International Shipping. Each additional item is $4.

Are you hiring? We're always looking for creative, smart, hard working people to join the team. Drop us a line!

Do you accept submissions? We're always happy to see what our friends & fans are working on. Submissions can be sent to info@oliveaustin.com. Please note, we get loads of emails daily, so if we're a little slow responding fret not (& maybe drop us another friendly reminder).

Where do you find your designers? Our designers come from all over. We work largely with American designers who produce right here in the USA. We do work with a few talented international designers as well. Blogs, friends, word of mouth & submissions all alert us to new designers.

Where do you find your vintage? We source our vintage all over. Little road side shops, estate sales, garage sales & thrift stores far & wide. We also buy vintage by appointment.

Do you buy vintage? Yes, by appointment. We buy at a rate of 50% of retail for store credit or 25% of retail for cash. Email us to make an appointment.
